Founded on the principles of nonviolence, participatory leadership, and sustainable development, the organization equips youth, community influencers, and aspiring diplomats with practical skills and theoretical foundations to lead with integrity, courage, and vision in their communities. We deliver structured peace-building training programs, including the flagship Professional International Diplomatic Peace Ambassadors Award Training Program (PIDGPAATP), facilitate leadership development workshops tailored to Liberia’s sociopolitical and cultural realities, and provide mentorship to emerging youth leaders.

Since our founding, the organization has graduated multiple cohorts of trained peace ambassadors, many of whom are now leading grassroots peace projects, community advocacy programs, and national youth initiatives. Our alumni network spans 10 plus counties and regions, forming a growing movement of young peace-builders committed to shaping a united and prosperous Liberia and globally.
